Fintech product leader

I make products earn their keep.

↳ growth, pricing per seat token, and the plumbing behind it

I build the systems that turn products into revenue. Self-serve growth, quote-to-cash, licensing and identity. The unglamorous parts that decide whether a SaaS business scales.

Where I work

the whole money path, basically
visitor→ trial→ paid→ usage meterednew!→ accounts and licenses→ sales quote→ approvals→ signed

GrowthGetting people from first visit to paying, without a sales call.

PlatformMaking sure every paying user gets the right access, seats and plan.

Usage billingMeasuring what AI products really cost to run, and billing for it fairly.

Quote-to-cashGetting deals approved and signed faster, and in compliance.

HubSpotQuote-to-cash

Faster contracts at scale

Problem
Legal approvals inside CPQ slowed deals down and created compliance risk.
What I did
Led the legal approval flows for systems handling over $14M in MRR.

Result

40% faster

time to contract, with a stronger compliance posture

NitroGrowth

Self-serve that scales

Problem
Revenue needed to grow without proportional sales headcount.
What I did
Led growth for the self-serve business, from acquisition to conversion.

Result

65%+ ARR

in self-serve revenue

NitroPlatform

Foundations for 2M users

Problem
Identity, licensing and subscriptions were hard to scale and hard to change.
What I did
Led platform work across IAM, licensing, provisioning and subscription management.

What I'm thinking about

AI is changing how software gets paid for
  • Seats, credits or usage? Which fits an AI feature
  • Keeping margins healthy when every request costs money
  • Metering customers can trust
  • Invoices that make sense to finance
  • Payments and revenue recognition for usage plans

turns out licensing was great training for this

Seat pricing made sense when software cost the same to serve every user. AI broke that. Now every prompt has a real cost, and pricing has to follow it.

I've spent years on the systems underneath pricing. Subscriptions, licensing, quotes and approvals. Usage-based billing for AI products is where I'm putting that experience next.

Fractional and advisory

Need a hands-on PM for a season?

I take on fractional and advisory work with early and growth-stage teams. I can help you go from zero to one, then scale from one to 100. My sharpest edge is growth, pricing and billing, including for AI products.
